Reviewing
Articles submitted for publication are peer-reviewed. Members of the Journal Review Bank are committed to objective and fair double-blind peer reviews of submitted manuscripts and evaluate their compliance with the following requirements:
- policy of scientific and methodical publication
- compliance with the ethical standards for publications,
- anti-plagiarism policy,
- open access policies
Manuscripts approved by peer reviewers are accepted for publication. The authors of the submitted materials receive an official notification of the editorial team for publication.
- Manuscripts submitted to the editorial office are peer-reviewed and approved by the editorial board.
- Manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to preliminary evaluation and their compliance with the subject-matter of the periodical and requirements of the technical design is checked.
- If the article does not comply with the subject-matter of the periodical, it is removed from revision, and the author is notified about it.
- The reviewer is assigned by the Editorial Board (internal review) and the manuscript is submitted for review to an independent expert (blind peer review) which allows an impartial evaluation of the material in terms of its scientific value;
- The review process is anonymous both for the reviewer and author.
- After reviewing the manuscript may be:
- a) Rejected,
- b) Returned to the author for revision.
- c) Accepted for publication.
- The review includes:
- Evaluation of the paper content and judgment on whether it is suitable for publication.
- Enumeration of methodology and tools errors (if there are any).
- Suggestions for improvement/correction of the text
- In the event of a negat unfavorable response from the reviewer, the manuscript is discussed at a meeting of the Editorial Board, which makes a decision on rejecting the article or decides that it should be further reviewed by an independent expert.
- The final decision on the publication of the manuscript and approval of the subject-matter of the article is adopted at a meeting of the ed Editorial Board.
А. When deciding on the publication of the article in question, the editors are guided by the reliability of the material presented, the well-stated argumentation of the author, scientific significance and scientific novelty of the material.
- The review and approval of manuscripts takes from 1 to 1,5 months, and then they are published in order.
- The Editorial Board has a full right to make a decision on an extraordinary publication of the article.
- Preparing a manuscript for publication implies fine-tuning of the text by the Editorial Board according to the editorial standards adopted for the periodical.
- Technical changes are not coordinated with the author.
- The manuscript is not returned to the author.
