THE INTRODUCTION OF THE CHINESE LANGUAGE INTO THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE INTRODUCTION OF ENGLISH, FRENCH AND GERMAN LANGUAGES
Keywords:
Chinese, English, French, German, the spread of the Chinese language in ArmeniaAbstract
Currently, there is an active competition of foreign languages in the Republic of Armenia. We believe that today the Chinese language has great prospects and can spread in Armenia, as English (to the greatest extent), French and German (to the least extent) have spread in this region, which have successfully integrated into the social and political life of the country. We believe that with the growing influence of China on the world stage and the strengthening of economic ties between China and Armenia, interest in learning Chinese in Armenia will increase. However, at the same time, one should not forget about the language policy that is currently functioning in Armenia. When integrating foreign languages (including Chinese), it is necessary to take into account its peculiarities and develop its policy in unison with the language situation in Armenia.
