The article presents a description of the profile texts of cadets of aviation universities, which is aimed at identifying system-forming lexical and grammatical features. The description is based on a preliminary study of the relevant specialized texts through the NCRL, as well as texts of specialized literature on the specified topic. The linguistic examination of the profile texts of cadets of aviation universities carried out in the article will help to competently develop a methodological system of professionally-oriented RFL training.
