Abstract

The article examines the riddles of the modern Armenian children's writer Rafael Hayrapetyan. Rafael Hayrapetyan is one of the poets who mainly wrote for and about children. The collection "Funny Riddles" is intended for preschool and younger children, which is extremely important from the point of view of their thinking, logic, development, and cognition. A riddle is a brief, descriptive description of a phenomenon or object, where the features of the phenomenon being guessed are given in disguise, or the object is replaced by a phenomenon that has the latter's properties.
