Abstract

The article briefly examines V. Brusov's interactions with Armenian writers, mentioning meetings with the classics of Armenian literature such as H. Hovhannisyan, H. Tumanyan, Al. Shirvanzade, and others. The motives of V. Brusov's engagement with Armenian history and literature are also touched upon. Particular interest is the story of V.Ya. Bryusov’s appeal to Armenia and the Armenian literary heritage.
