ON THE BACKGROUND OF SCIENTIFIC METHODOLOGY

The article is devoted to an integral part of the scientific paradigm - the beliefs and values that should guide the scientific community. Morality in science, following scientific ethics, authority, tradition and succession of generations, gratitude to their predecessors, their teachers, the desire to pass on accumulated knowledge to followers, as well as the style of presentation of scientific work - these are the issues, which, in our view, are an important component of any scientific paradigm.
