DIGITAL ETIQUET AT THE UNIVERSITY: FORMING EFFECTIVE ONLINE INTERACTION

The article is devoted to the problem of online interaction between teachers and students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of scientific research on network and digital etiquette is given. The results of a survey conducted by the authors of students and teachers of higher educational institutions, dedicated to the formation of digital competencies, are presented. The main mistakes made in communication between students and teachers are analyzed, as well as recommendations for effective online interaction in the educational process. According to the authors, training in digital etiquette can be considered as part of the preparation for future professional activities, because. knowledge of the rules of digital etiquette allows you to increase work efficiency, improve relationships with participants in the educational process and colleagues, and improve business reputation.
