ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭТИКЕТ В УНИВЕРСИТЕТЕ: ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО ОНЛАЙН-ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ

Статья посвящена проблеме онлайн-взаимодействия преподавателей и студентов высших учебных заведений. Приводится анализ научных исследований по вопросам сетевого и цифрового этикета. Представлены результаты проведенного авторами опроса студентов и преподавателей высших учебных заведений, посвященного формированию цифровых компетенций. Анализируются основные ошибки, допускаемые в общении между студентами и преподавателями, а также предлагаются рекомендации по эффективному онлайн-взаимодействию в образовательном процессе. По мнению авторов, обучение цифровому этикету можно рассматривать как часть подготовки к будущей профессиональной деятельности, т.к. знание правил цифрового этикета позволяет повысить эффективность работы, улучшить взаимоотношения с участниками учебного процесса и коллегами, улучшить деловую репутацию.
