PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PREPARATION OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC
Keywords:
Psychology, pedagogy, literacy, teacher, pedagogical practiceAbstract
In our work, we are devoted to the application of the concept of psychological literacy, which points to the validity of teaching psychology at universities in Slovakia, not only for psychology students, but for all students, especially those who are preparing for the future profession of a teacher. It offers inspiration for the creation of didactic parameters in terms of content selection, goal formulation and the use of innovative methods and means of teaching psychology. We believe that this area will gradually become more the center of interest of the professional public in the field of teaching and research. In the second part, we clarify the pedagogical practice of students of teacher study programs (specifically, the teacher's program Russian language and literature in combination with another language or a subject at the Department of Slavic Languages, Faculty of Arts in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia), which is an integral part of teacher training and represents an opportunity for students use and verify acquired theoretical knowledge and didactic skills, confront theoretical and didactic constructs with educational reality and create an individual concept of teaching based on reflected experience.
